‘Inside The Linen Cupboard – Collectively Speaking… The Whole Kahani

Join Linen Press and The Whole Kahani for the second author event in our series of online talks, Inside the Linen Cupboard.
Members of The Whole Kahani collective will talk about their experiences of writing within a supportive framework and give tips on workshopping. They will read from their third anthology Tongues and Bellies, with time for Q&A.
Members participating in this discussion are: Kavita A. Jindal, Reshma Ruia, Mona Dash, Nadia Kabir Barb and Deblina Chakrabarty.

Tongues and Bellies Online Launch
The online launch of Tongues and Bellies took place on Tuesday December 14th 2021 from 7.30-8.30pm.
Attendees joined members of The Whole Kahani and Lynn Michell of Linen Press for a fabulous evening, discussing our latest anthology.
We had a great discussion, as well as readings and questions from the audience.
Durham Book Festival
We were delighted to be part of the prestigious Durham Book Festival this year! Attendees joined us for readings from May We Borrow Your Country on the 13th of October 2019 from 2.30-3.30pm at Durham Town Hall, and dipped into stories and poems about displacement, disquiet and desire, as characters cross borders and assimilate new cultures.
